• You must not be barred from using the Service under applicable laws
• If using on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to bind that organization

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must provide accurate, current information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

SignalPattern operates a sophisticated multi-provider AI system that routes your data through various third-party AI services. This section explains critical information about how your data is processed.

Your data may be processed by any combination of the following providers:

• No attempts to extract model weights or architecture
• No use for high-risk applications without disclosure
• Compliance with OpenAI's safety best practices

Meta (Llama) Specific Requirements:

• You must comply with Meta's Acceptable Use Policy
• You cannot use Llama models for:
  • Illegal activities
  • Harm to minors
  • Generation of hateful or discriminatory content
  • Malware or computer misuse
  • Deception or fraud
  • Surveillance without consent

Google Specific Requirements:

• Compliance with Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy
• No use for medical diagnosis or treatment advice
• Adherence to Google Cloud's terms of service

2.4 Data Processing and Retention by Providers

Regardless of which provider processes your data, you may NOT use the Service for:

1. Any illegal purpose or to promote illegal activities
2. Harm to minors in any way
3. Generation of hateful, harassing, or violent content
4. Creation of malware or tools for unauthorized system access
5. Deceptive or fraudulent purposes
6. Infringement of intellectual property rights
7. Generation of spam or unsolicited communications
8. Medical advice, legal advice, or other professional services requiring licensure
9. High-risk applications where failure could cause harm
10. Any purpose prohibited by any of our AI providers

SECTION 3: USER OBLIGATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

3.1 Account Security and Authentication

You are responsible for:

1. Account Credentials:
   • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
   • Using strong, unique passwords for your account
   • Not sharing your account with others
   • Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access
2. Multi-Factor Authentication:
   • Enabling MFA when available
   • Keeping recovery codes secure
   • Updating authentication methods promptly

3.2 Corporate Representation and Brand Usage Rights

When you create an account or use SignalPattern on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that:

• You have full legal authority to bind your organization to these Terms
• You are authorized to grant the licenses and rights specified herein
• Your use of SignalPattern has been duly authorized by your organization
• You will ensure all users within your organization comply with these Terms

3.2.2 Grant of Brand Usage Rights

By using SignalPattern for your organization, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

1. Use Your Organization's Name and Logo:
   • Display your company name in our customer list
   • Include your logo in marketing materials (with prior notice)
   • Reference your organization as a SignalPattern user
   • Create case studies based on your use (with your consent)
2. Share Success Metrics:
   • Aggregate usage statistics (anonymized)
   • General industry category and company size
   • Non-confidential success metrics you've shared
3. Marketing and Promotional Use:
   • Website customer logos section
   • Sales presentations and proposals
   • Conference presentations and demos
   • Social media announcements (with notice)

3.2.3 Limitations and Opt-Out

The brand usage rights granted above are subject to the following:

• Opt-Out Right: You may opt out of public brand usage by emailing privacy@signalpattern.ai
• No Endorsement Implied: We will not imply your endorsement without written permission
• Confidentiality Respected: We will not share confidential information or private project data
• Trademark Guidelines: We will comply with your published brand guidelines if provided
• Removal Upon Request: We will remove your brand references within 30 days of written request

3.2.4 Testimonials and Case Studies

For testimonials, case studies, or detailed success stories:

• We will seek your explicit written consent before publication

• Published content may be used indefinitely unless you request removal

3.2.5 Indemnification for Unauthorized Use

If you do not have authority to bind your organization or grant these rights, you agree to:

• Personally indemnify SignalPattern for any claims by your organization
• Cover all costs, damages, and legal fees resulting from your unauthorized actions
• Immediately notify us if your authority is revoked or questioned

3.3 Content Standards and Responsibilities

Your Content Must:

1. Be lawful and not violate any applicable laws or regulations
2. Be your own or properly licensed for your use
3. Not infringe on intellectual property rights
4. Not contain malicious code or harmful content
5. Not be deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading
6. Not violate privacy rights of others
7. Not contain confidential information you're not authorized to share

3.4 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

2. Create content that sexualizes minors
3. Generate violent, graphic, or disturbing content

5. Engage in or promote illegal activities

Technical Violations:

2. Reverse engineer the Service or AI models
3. Use automated systems to abuse the Service
4. Attempt to jailbreak or bypass safety measures
5. Overload or disrupt the Service
6. Probe for security vulnerabilities
7. Access unauthorized areas of the Service

   • Store temporarily for service delivery
   • Transform for AI model compatibility
   • Cache for performance optimization
2. Improve Our Service (only with anonymized data):
   • Analyze usage patterns
   • Optimize workflow performance
   • Enhance user experience
   • Develop new features

This license ends when you delete your content, except where required by law.

4.3 Copyright and AI-Generated Content

Copyright Infringement Claims:

If you believe content infringes your copyright:

Repeat Infringers: Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
